June 4th was the baptism for Vivian. We can see the miraculous and wonderful work of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ in Vivian’s life to help her make this commitment to God through baptism. Setapak Church held a special service in Bagan Lalang. We brought forward our Sunday Service to Saturday because Vivian’s parents and relatives came to witness the baptism. The theme of our camp was ‘Open our hearts’. The journey up to The NEST where we stayed was a challenge. It was a very sharp winding roller coaster road up all the way for about 30mins. Our next 10 to 15min challenge was to walk up to The NEST. Due to the wet climate up there, there were leeches everywhere. In addition to the presence of leeches the road up we have to walk steps and then walked the uneven road up like going on a short hiking. Some brothers and sisters were bitten by leeches.
