Workplace conflict is inevitable, but as Christians, we’re called to respond differently. Jesus teaches us to be peacemakers, to turn the other cheek, go the extra mile, and love even our enemies. It’s not about being passive—it’s disruptive love that challenges the world’s values. Real peace starts with our hearts, breaking pride, prejudice, and the desire to be right. I’ve learned that radical love transforms not just situations, but people—including myself. When we reflect Christ in how we work, people see more than kindness; they see the Gospel in action. That’s the true power of peacemaking.
